We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Milan and contribute to the execution of impactful commercial and promotional initiatives across key trade partners.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Marketing and Category teams, contributing to the execution of commercial strategies and improving in-market performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze display share, promotional activities, and in-store performance to identify opportunities and support business growth;
- Coordinate with Trade, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives;
- Support the execution of promotional plans, monitoring effectiveness and results;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of go-to-market activities and retail execution;
- Collaborate on commercial and marketing plans to drive visibility and sell-out performance across trade channels.
