Location: Genoa, Italy (hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Logistics, ECOM Italy
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor supply chain operations
- Manage customer services
- Administrative activity support
Goals
- Meet customer requirements and needs
- Optimize logistics procedures
- Ensure proper continuity of business
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken).
- Organizational Skills: Able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with ERP systems, Excel and basic data analysis.
- Experience: Previous logistics or traffic coordination experience is a plus.
- Mindset: Dynamic, resourceful and motivated to drive process improvements.
