Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Trainee/Lawyer at our Milan office. The selected candidate will assist senior lawyers with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases. Responsibilities include analyzing complex legal issues, liaising with clients, collaborating with team members, and supporting litigation and transactional matters. xdwybme Opportunities for growth and professional development will be provided within our dynamic and international work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of civil law, including corporate law, commercial law,
- Experience in legal research, drafting contracts, and analyzing legal issues
- Proven ability in handling real estate or third-party liability cases is an advantage
- Proficient in written and oral Italian; fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Law degree from a recognized university and eligible to practice law in Italy
