Transaction Services Manager/Senior Manager - Milan

I'm currently partnering with a highly respected international advisory firm on a fantastic Transaction Services leadership hire in Italy. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager level professional to join and play a pivotal role in building a dedicated Transaction Services presence in Italy. With a strong and growing pipeline of cross-border mid-market deals, particularly originating from Germany, the firm is looking for an entrepreneurial, Italian & German-speaking TS professional who can work independently and lead projects end-to-end. The opportunity: Based in Milan (could also be Bolzano or Padua) Direct reporting line to the Partner leading Tax & TS Opportunity to be the key TS lead in Italy Strong exposure to cross-border German / Italian transactions High autonomy and client ownership Excellent progression potential Highly flexible hybrid model (typically 1 day office / 4 days home) This role is ideal for someone who wants: More responsibility Direct client interaction Faster progression Genuine autonomy, and The chance to build and shape a growing practice A brilliant move for someone looking to step into a visible, high-impact leadership role within a highly reputable international firm.
