In this role, you will drive PMO excellence within the Transcend global transformation program, standardizing how we work across multiple ERP platforms. You’ll oversee governance, planning, risk management, and reporting to enable agile, data-driven delivery. You will partner with Global Program Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decisions. Lead PMO operations across program phases to enable governance, communication, and quality inputs for decision forums Support integrated planning, RAID management, and change control to enable proactive risk management and execution Supervise schedule tracking with data‑driven alignment to the program plan Lead scope governance by evaluating and aligning changes with objectives and collaborator expectations Deliver consistent status reporting across governance levels with actionable insights Identify risks and opportunities early and support timely interventions Ensure PMO operations align with compliance and quality standards and risk management Lead deliverable tracking and plan governance to maintain program integrity Document meeting outcomes, actions, and follow‑ups for accountability Coordinate PMO resources across deployments and offshore teams Provide day‑to‑day guidance and coaching to foster collaboration and performance Partner with PMO leadership to align priorities and enable integrated delivery Build relationships across geographically dispersed teams for collaboration Support issue resolution by coordinating escalations Align deployment activities with objectives and risk mitigation Provide regular updates on PMO performance, risks, and improvements Promote continuous improvement using data to enhance processes and tools Maintain effective PMO operations through planning, governance, and proactive risk management Responsabilità
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience 5+ years in program or project management, including PMO within large, global transformation programs (ERP preferred) Proven track record leading PMO operations teams across matrixed, distributed resources Strong expertise in delivery governance, RAID, schedule and scope control, status reporting, and risk management Ability to drive data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement in PMO functions Experience providing day‑to‑day leadership and coaching in a matrixed environment Strong collaboration and communication skills across project teams and business functions Solid understanding of compliance, quality standards, and change management Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall) Ability to manage fast‑paced, multi‑priority environments Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and proactive risk mitigation
