In this role, you will support a global transformation program (Transcend) to standardize and modernize ERP across Innovative Medicine. You will coordinate PMO activities, maintain plans, track risks and issues, and deliver actionable program insights. You’ll partner with Global PMs and cross‑functional teams to enable transparent governance and timely execution. This is a chance to help drive a unified digital backbone at a global leader in healthcare innovation. Support PMO operations across program phases by preparing governance materials Maintain the integrated project plan and track RAID and change control Monitor schedule and scope, identify variances, and raise risks via governance processes Create recurring status reports and dashboards with clear program insights Track deliverables, decisions, and actions to ensure accountability Keep PMO documentation organized and aligned with compliance and quality standards Coordinate with Global Program Managers, Deployment Leads, and PMO to align priorities Facilitate cross‑functional meetings and capture decisions, action items, and dependencies Build relationships across dispersed teams to enable collaboration and information flow Analyze PMO data, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support decision‑making Provide analytical and operational support to resolve issues and manage escalations Support enhancements to PMO processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency Responsabilità
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in PMO/project coordination Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related field Experience managing RAID logs, schedules, and status updates with clear risk/issue communication Ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment Data analysis, synthesis of insights, and actionable recommendations for operations Clear written and verbal communication tailored to stakeholders Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and planning/tracking applications Knowledge of delivery methodologies, governance, and change control principles Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines Requisiti fondamentali
