About this opportunity

RWS is seeking highly skilled Italian (Italy) Freelance Translators with experience in the Life Sciences industry in the following language combination:

• Polish to Italian (Italy)

As a freelancer, you will have the opportunity to work on translations for one of our main Life Sciences clients and contribute to the success of interesting projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex medical texts and documents into Italian (Italy).
• Use your knowledge of pharma-clinical and/or diagnostic/laboratory medica l devices terminology to accurately and precisely translate documents.
• Ensure accuracy and maintain the intended meaning of the original content.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure deadlines are met and quality objectives are achieved.

Language & Tech Requirements

• Native speaker of Italian (Italy)
• Proficient speaker of Polish
• Must have strong command of English (oral and written)
• CAT Tool: XTM and Trados Studio

Qualifications

a) University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences and 2+ years full time Life Sciences translation experience

b) Alternatively, 5 years full-time professional experience in translation
