Role Description
This is a temporary role for a Travel Consultant to cover a maternity leave. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consultations. The role involves daily tasks such as coordinating travel plans, managing itineraries, and handling travel-related issues and inquiries.
This job is meant to start immediately (end of August) or as soon as possible.
At the end of the contract, we may take into consideration the possibility of permanently hiring the candidate in light of a company growth.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
