Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Designer located in Sassari, with some work from home acceptable. The Travel Designer will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements, managing travel itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, making reservations, and ensuring all travel plans are executed smoothly. Additionally, they will be working closely with travel agents and consultants to provide tailored travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely on both Windows and Mac OS
- Knowledge of Sardinia and Corsica
- Attention to International politics and ecnomics is higly appreciated
- Working proficiency in English, French is a plus
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality is a plus
