About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded Treasury Risk Management Specialist to join our Group Treasury team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing financial risk exposures, with a focus on foreign exchange, commodity and interest rate derivatives, supporting the hedging strategy and ensuring compliance with hedge accounting requirements and Group’s Policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage FX exposures across multiple currencies. Coordinate with regional treasury teams, business controllers, also located abroad, to consolidate exposure data;
• Execute and manage derivative instruments (FX forwards, swaps, …) in line with the Group's hedging Policy;
• Ensure correct application of IFRS hedge accounting standards, including documentation, effectiveness testing and reporting;
• Support the annual budget and forecast processes by quantifying and communicating FX impacts;
• Contribute to the Group’s compliance with EMIR Regulation;
• Maintain and develop complex Excel-based models and data files for risk reporting and scenario analysis;
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems, with preference for experience in Kyriba.

Qualification and Skills required

• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
• Preferred experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of financial derivatives and hedging instruments
• Understanding of IFRS hedge accounting principles
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish or Portugues is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills, with proven ability to work with large and complex datasets
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
• Experience with Kyriba and/or SAP is considered an advantage
