Treasury Specialist (Maternity leave replacement)

RDM Group is looking for a Treasury Specialist to join the FinanceTeam based in Milan (HQ).
The Treasury Specialist, reporting to Treasury Manager, supports the Department in optimising financial inflows and outflows for the Group and all the Company payments to employees, collaborators, and suppliers, as well as monitoring cash flows and reporting to the Direction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management of the treasury service with the PITECO system which, linked on-line with the accounting management tool pack, allows an optimal management of bank flows in real time;
- Assist in monitoring and managing bank accounts , ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records;
- Ensure proper use of the Remote Banking Interbank System to support the accurate and compliant management of the Risk Office activities for RDM Marketing;
- Manage and monitor Group cash flows to support effective working capital management ;
- Handle and optimize intercompany liquidity movements among Group banks through cash pooling;
- Collaborate with other departments to prepare and update cash flow forecasts , recommending appropriate actions to maintain a balanced cash position;
- Monitor existing bank loans , ensuring interest payments and conditions are properly tracked and reported;
- Assist in monitoring the mortgage payments the Company took out;
- Support the bank account reconciliation process , ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or equal training
- At least 5 years of experience in businesses with evolved treasury management systems
Type of contract: Temporary (8 months)
