Trellix Regional Partner Manager Italy
Role Overview: _
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Account Manager with a proven track record of success and a thorough understanding of the channel partner landscape. The primary focus will be to drive incremental partner-led revenue (New Business & Net New Logos), enablement training with new and existing partners (both sales & technical training), and foster a productive engagement model (internal & external) throughout the region. You will thrive in a competitive and dynamic culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing base of partners
- Drive incremental revenue, develop solution competency, and ensure program compliance
- Recruit and engage new partners as needed to support company initiatives and meet performance metrics
- Design, propose, implement, and execute enablement and promotional programs to drive sales success within the region
- Build and execute territory plans for focus and emerging partners in the region
- Facilitate communication between partners and Trellix
- Coordinate resources from Region and Corporate for partners
- Conduct quarterly business reviews internally and externally
- Drive product marketing and demand generation activities with partners, including website content, seminars, and tradeshows
- Communicate proactively with regional staff on channel pipeline and forecasts
- Monitor, assess, and report on the competitive situation within the channel partners
- Represent the company's channel in the region and evangelize our mission and purpose
- Communicate clearly and concisely through all available means
- Focus daily objectives on Innovation, Customer Obsession, Sense of Urgency, Collaboration, and Community
About You
- 5+ years of sales and channel sales experience in the computer networking & security space
- Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including VARs, Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors
- Proven relationships within the regional partner ecosystem
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
