About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented
Project Management Officer (PMO)
to support the execution of strategic initiatives across the Africa & Middle East (AME) region.
The PMO will play a pivotal role in driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring budgets, and supporting commercial and network development projects. Acting as a key interface between regional functions and multiple stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, resources are effectively managed, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Business Coordination
Coordinate and monitor strategic projects across the Africa & Middle East region, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution.
Support project planning, governance, implementation, and follow-up of key business development initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and corrective action plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among regional teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Organize project review meetings, track action items, and ensure proper follow-up and accountability.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide direct operational support to the Network Manager in executing strategic initiatives and regional priorities.
Budget Control
Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of departmental budgets and network contribution activities.
Monitor technical training revenues and related financial indicators, ensuring alignment with budget objectives.
Analyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Contribute to forecasting exercises and periodic financial reviews.
Business & Network Development Support
Support market analyses, business cases, and regional investment proposals.
Coordinate internal approval processes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Maintain project documentation and ensure consistency of reporting standards across the region.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or a similar role
Understanding of project management methodologies and governance processes
Experience in budget management, and performance monitoring
Advanced knowledge Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Fluent in English; additional languages mainly French are considered preferential
Preferred Skills
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, CAPM, or equivalent) is an advantage
Experience in the automotive, industrial, or commercial vehicle sector
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong sense of ownership
Good knowledge of AI-powered chatbots and designing effective prompts

SALARY RANGE Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro per Iveco Group

Salary Range: 36.500-43.000€
Variable payment as per CCSL
