Your Mission You will act as the technical and operational reference for the AME region, combining hands-on field engineering activities with the management of strategic Key Accounts. You will provide advanced technical support to dealers, workshops, and end customers, ensuring rapid resolution of vehicle issues while supporting direct sales opportunities and long-term customer partnerships across the region.
Key Responsibilities Provide advanced field engineering support to dealers, workshops and customers across the AME region, ensuring effective diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues. Conduct on-site investigations at dealer and customer locations, acting as the primary technical reference during critical vehicle and product-related cases. Support the AME Customer & Product Support Manager and Service Zone Managers on technical matters and product performance monitoring. Act as the liaison between the field and internal functions, coordinating actions with Quality, Engineering, Parts and Product Support teams. Deliver technical coaching and guidance to dealer workshop personnel to improve diagnostic capability and repair quality. Travel extensively across the AME region to support network operational performance, customer satisfaction and vehicle uptime. Manage strategic Key Accounts, supporting direct sales activities and developing strong relationships with key customers and fleet operators. Support tenders, fleet projects and other commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and IVECO capabilities.
What We're Looking For Qualification in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related technical field. Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French are considered a plus. Strong knowledge of truck aftersales operations and commercial vehicle systems. Proven experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems. Experience working directly with workshops and customers in the field. Proficiency in MS Office and diagnostic platforms. Customer-facing experience and strong relationship management skills.

SALARY RANGE Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro per Iveco Group 2° Gruppo Professionale Salary Range :
4 € Variable payment as per CCSL
