The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer you will support the flight testing and commercial operations with the FB3 cargo drone on site and in the field, in Europe and abroad. This position will provide you the opportunity to be part of the team that flies cargo drones daily. We are looking for someone with proven experience in maintenance and regulatory compliance for maintenance according to EASA. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a \"get it done\" spirit. What you will do
Maintain the UAS according to manuals Keep track of repairs and tools Support Quality audits and activities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment Report the issues into the QMS system Maintenance planning, scheduling & execution Update & maintain relevant documentation Train customers and peers What you bring
Experience in UAS maintenance Knowledge in UAS technology Software: Solidworks, CAN BUS analyser Teamwork, communication skills Experience with documentation and planning Experience with inventory English minimum at B2 level Work permit for Italy (EU) Willingness to travel if needed Knowledge of PX4 and Piloting skills are an asset What we offer
Real responsibilities and challenges from day one Full time position on-site Salary range for this position depending on experience and seniority is €40K-50K Available accommodation for the first weeks Additional accident insurance coverage Fruit, coffee, snacks and lunch are provided at headquarters Team building activities including: Hikes and walks in summer, Skiing/Sledging in winter, etc.
