We provide strategic insight based on our knowledge and understanding of the real estate portfolio in Ingka. We take the lead in delivering safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solutions with Democratic design and life cycle cost on top of our mind. We actively maintain and secure that our properties are kept in relevant shape for the business.
Lead and manage all facility management aspects of a specific building project from start to finish to secure delivery of a safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solution based on business needs. Responsible for continuous improvement of ways of working in Real Estate projects.
What you’ll need to have
Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting, consulting and/or managing projects within real estate
Minimum 3 years experience of procurement processes and contract negotiations
Academic degree in engineering/construction or equivalent working experience
Experience within the retail sector is an advantage
Experience in contracting, consulting and/or managing projects within real estate
Experience in Facility Management, Construction or Project Management
Academic degree in engineering/construction or equivalent working experience
Proven skills in developing people and providing support, coaching, training, and career direction to others
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language as well as basic English (B2)
Strong budget management skills, with the ability to work closely with Finance teams to define, request, monitor, and control project budgets
Demonstrated capability in project planning, timeline management, cost estimation, and resource allocation
Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of managing supplier relationships and achieving favorable commercial outcomes
Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of bringing together cross-functional teams (including Safety, IT, Finance, and Operations) to align requirements and drive consensus
Ability to establish clear governance, project boundaries, and decision-making frameworks from the outset to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder alignment
Excellent communication, influencing, and coordination skills, with the ability to balance diverse business needs while maintaining project objectives and compliance requirements
Preferable knowledge of Ingka construction standards and investment procedures
Strong experience of working and steering through financial tools (eg. Investment Request (IR), P&L)
What we offer Permanent contract classified at Level 2 under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Contratto Collettivo Logistica, Trasporto Merci e Spedizioni. The annual gross salary for this position starts from €35.000.
