Digitalmoka is a growing mobile games studio. We build simple, fun, well crafted titles by blending creativity and data. We are hiring a Lead Developer to raise the bar on how we plan, build, and ship.
YOUR ROLE
Lead the day to day execution of our games within your team. You will translate the CTO’s engineering direction and standards into clear, actionable work, run and enforce code reviews , organize the team’s workflow , and drive a predictable delivery rhythm . You will work closely with the Producer as well as the CTO, Product, and Design to turn priorities into a concrete plan, keeping quality high and communication crisp.
