SPONTANEOUS APPLICATION – AUTOMOTIVE & MOTORSPORT ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITIES
Location: ON-SITE IN MICHIGAN, USA
We are continuously looking to connect with talented engineers interested in current and future opportunities within high-performance automotive and motorsport programs in the USA.
This is a spontaneous application and does not refer to a specific open position. Candidates will be considered for potential on-site opportunities in Michigan across different engineering domains and seniority levels, depending on current and future project needs.
Typical profiles of interest include:
- Validation / Triage Engineers
- Mechanical Systems Engineers
- Integration Engineers
- Mechanical Development Engineers
Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may include:
- Validation and triage of technical issues during vehicle development phases
- Mechanical systems design and development
- Component and subsystem integration at vehicle level
- Mechanical development of chassis, structures, body, mounts, and related systems
- Engineering change implementation and continuous product improvement
- Cross-functional collaboration with vehicle dynamics, powertrain, testing, and other engineering teams
- Root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and support to development and validation activities
- Prototype support, testing follow-up, and performance-oriented engineering updates
What we are generally looking for:
Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field, combined with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Automotive or motorsport product development
- Mechanical systems, chassis, body, structures, or subsystem development
- Vehicle integration and system interaction
- Validation, testing, triage, and issue resolution
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as INCA, CANalyzer, CANoe, or similar vehicle communication, calibration, and diagnostic tools
- CAD tools such as CATIA, NX, or equivalent
- Component release processes, engineering changes, and product development lifecycle
- Data analysis and continuous improvement activities
Work location: All opportunities are on-site in Michigan, USA .
International mobility / hiring process:
For US-based opportunities, selected candidates may initially be employed under an Italian contract for the time necessary to complete visa and relocation procedures.
Upon successful relocation to the United States, employment will transition to a local US contract, aligned with the terms, conditions, and compensation structure of the destination role.
All contractual conditions will be clearly defined and communicated at each stage of the process to ensure full transparency.

Given the variety of roles and seniority levels covered by this application, compensation may vary significantly depending on the specific opportunity. A role-specific salary range and benefits package will be shared before the start of the interview process, in line with transparency principles and applicable regulations.
