Utilities & Facilities Manager

On behalf of a pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Utilities & Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance and continuous improvement of all plant utilities and site infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, efficient and GMP-compliant operation of all plant utilities (HVAC, clean utilities, compressed air, steam, electrical systems and related infrastructure).
• Monitor performance and implement optimization initiatives to support production needs and sustainability objectives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and maintenance records in line with audit requirements.
• Lead or support capital and improvement projects related to utilities and facilities, ensuring proper qualification and timely execution.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, monitoring performance and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and control the utilities and facilities budget (OPEX and CAPEX).

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field).
• Solid experience in utilities and facilities management within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing projects and external contractors.
• Good problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
