We are looking for a UX/UI specialist who can turn business and functional requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs for e-business solutions. The role involves close collaboration with the product team and business stakeholders to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect real operational needs and support seamless, efficient workflows across our digital platforms.


ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITIES


  • Translate functional and business requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Shape and optimize the end-to-end user journey, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints of e-business solutions.
  • Design UI components optimized for responsiveness.
  • Ensure visual consistency by adhering to design systems and UI guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment with existing UI standards and propose improvements where needed.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and analytics.
  • Propose enhancements to improve user satisfaction and reduce friction in workflows.
  • Conduct UI/UX reviews to identify inconsistencies or usability issues.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to validate usability and gather feedback.
  • Provide developers with detailed UI specifications and assets.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint reviews to align on implementation details.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, developers, business analysts, and other business units.


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
  • Experience with digital analytical tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Clarity, or similar).
  • Understanding of scaled Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred), with hands-on experience working with Agile teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define clear product requirements and manage complex backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
