Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Commercial, CSS&T & Proprietary Programs Business** unit, we are looking for a **Cost Planning & Control Officer** for our **Caselle Sud** office.Leonardo Aircraft Division's training mission is to train flight and maintenance personnel of the Division's customers operating on proprietary and consortium aircraft. The same activity is internally directed to all division personnel who, due to operational needs, have the obligation/need to have adequate technical training to support assigned activities. The Organizational Unit responsible for this training resides within Customer Support, Services and Training and is represented by the Training Unit (Training Services and Aircrew Training).In this context, the unit is looking for suitable profiles to fill an administrative role with the aim of organizing, controlling resources and assets in order to maintain the correct functioning of the didactic system in terms of costs, times and performance.The resource, therefore, must be able to carry out the following activities:* Creation of characteristic documentation for the release of a Purchase Request (editing specifications, filling in forms for authorization processes, SAP elaborations);
* Monitoring of Purchase Request approval process;
* Management of subsequent purchase order issued;
* Elaboration of supporting documentation for invoice validation;
* Creation/maintenanceof Instructor Sheets;
* Document management for student profiling;
* Paper/digital archive management;
* Classroom setup and configuration;
* Management of didactic material;
* KPI Reporting.**Education:** High school diploma, preferably technical.**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Basic accounting/administrative skills (interest/aptitude for economic/management disciplines).**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a Team;
* Openness to dialogueand continuous discussion;
* Strong proactivity;
* Ability to quickly adapt to changing dynamics;
* Results-oriented mindset.**Language skills:**Good knowledge of spoken and written English.**Computer skills:*** Advanced Excel and proficiency in MS Office;
