Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Aircraft Technologies & Systems** Unit, we are looking for a **Specialist in managing and controlling inertial properties** for our office in **Turin / Venegono Superiore (VA) / Pomigliano D'Arco (NA)**.The selected candidate will carry out all activities falling under the responsibility of the Weight and Balance Control Unit – Aircraft Division in accordance with the Program phases.Main activities:* Management and control of the weight of the aircraft or part of it* Support in defining weight requirements* Creation and generation of an inertial database* Generation of reports on inertial properties* Support to disciplines with calculations and technical documentation* Support for configuration control* Support for international Partners* Supervision of aircraft or part weighing and validation of results* Preparation of technical documentation as required by the Program* Support for flight test activities.The position involves interaction with colleagues from other disciplines of aircraft technology, other company functions as well as with international partners, reporting the Project status at different organizational levels.**Educational Qualification:** Diploma or Master's Degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering**Seniority:** Junior**Required knowledge and skills:*** Good multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in airframes, systems, and installations, necessary to evaluate/determine their inertial properties.* Ability to recognize the geometric and physical parameters that impact the weight of aircraft structures and systems and predict their variation law.* Familiarity with database creation and management, also with specific tools;
**Valuable technical skills:*** Knowledge of mass characteristics management;
* Knowledge of product structures and PLM tools;
