Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within Leonardo's **Aircraft Division**, in the **Operations & Supply Chain** department, we are looking for an Industrial Planning & Monitoring specialist for our Caselle Nord office.The main objective of the function in which the resource will be inserted is to develop second-level plans, verifying their feasibility and related criticalities.**The resource will primarily be responsible for**:* Developing programming in concurrence with the department for SPF EFA and M346 production* Monitoring with weekly visibility of progress status* Calculating deviations to redraw any reprogramming to return to the baseline schedule* Monitoring with weekly visibility of overdue Tubes for all programs served by the department (EFA, ATRVVSS, Falcon, JSF, etc.)* Calculating scenarios in case of extraordinary maintenance or induced disruptions to the department.* Participating in production stand-ups to verify departmental priorities**Education:**Degree in engineering or technical diploma**Seniority:**Junior, 1-3 years of experience**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Basic knowledge of SAP**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a team* Ability to interact with different cultures* Communication and relationship skills with clients and suppliers* Organizational and coordination skills* Planning skills* Problem-solving and results-orientation* Curiosity and aptitude for learning**Language skills:*** Good written and spoken English (B1)**Computer skills:*** Knowledge of the Windows operating system;
* Knowledge of major web browsers (e.G., Google Chrome, Safari, etc.) and email applications (e.G., Outlook, Gmail, PEC etc.);
