A protagonist of the main strategic programs at a global level, it is a technological and industrial partner of Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and companies.Within the Industrial Engineering U.O, we are looking for a Specialist in Manufacturing Methods, Processes and Systems for the Caselle/Venegono/Turin sites.Within Industrial Engineering, the mission of the Industrial Digital Solution department is to:* guarantee the definition, innovation and standardization of working methodologies, operational processes and support tools in managing the industrialization process;
* guarantee the definition of operating models (working methodologies, processes and support systems) and control methods for Planning, Tooling and Collaboration activities with Production Engineering and Suppliers;
* guarantee the dissemination of standardized CAD/CAM and Digital Manufacturing methodologies in the Plants;
In frequent interaction with other units of the Operations function (Production Eng., Operational Planning, Plant, etc.), Quality, Information Systems and Technical Engineering, the resource will have to contribute in an increasingly in-depth and autonomous way to the development of the following activities:* Analyze, define, validate and disseminate methodologies for the MFG area* Define business, functional and integration requirements for the evolution/adaptation of Manufacturing area systems* Analyze and define solutions for new Projects/Initiatives and Programs for the Mfg area* Guarantee training for methodologies and IT Systems for the Manufacturing area* Define Processes and regulate and ensure the updating of documentation for the Manufacturing area* Control process performance indicators and Monitor Databases for production IT Systems**Requirements****Education:**Preferably a Diploma / or a three-year or master's degree in technical disciplines (mechanical or aeronautical) or computer science**Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master)**Expert/Junior**Technical skills:*** ability to structure and elaborate technical documents and presentations* knowledge of processes and methodologies related to industrialization, Production and Configuration Management**Behavioral skills:*** predisposition to work in cross-functional teams.* analytical and synthesis skills* relational and communication skills* results-oriented and deadline-driven* proactivity and initiative* operational autonomy and flexibility* internal and external customer orientation**Language skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English**Computer skills:**Familiarity with the most common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.Knowledge/ability to use MS Project and systems used in the MFG area (e.G.
