Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Industrial Engineering** unit, we are looking for a **Technological Development Officer (assembly and FAL area)** for our Venegono Superiore office.The main activities to be carried out are:* Ensure continuous scouting and benchmarking on industrial technologies, production methods, and production systems;
* Guarantee the development, innovation, and standardization of new industrial technologies, new production methods, and production systems in the field of structural assembly and aircraft assembly to reduce costs and maximize product quality and environmental sustainability;
* Ensure, in coordination with the relevant U.O.S, competence support for the development and updating of assembly technologies and methods;
* Collect the needs and initiatives identified by the Industrial Engineering U.O.S, ensuring their inclusion in the technological development plan (PST), interfacing with the Strategy & Innovation U.O.;
* Draft and issue the "Innovation and Industrialization Plan" (PII);
* Develop and coordinate manufacturing maturity assessments (MRA) and risk aspects (MRRA);
* Support the Strategy& Innovation U.O. for IP issues and patent initiatives.**Educational Qualification:**Three-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Higher Technical Diploma in Aeronautics or Mechanics.**Seniority:** Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:**Ability to lead a Workpackage (also external subcontracting) in the following phases:* Definition/study of the structural assembly and/or final assembly sequence (method);
* Drafting of Technical Specification for outsourcing (offload) of activities related to structural assembly of components/assemblies;
* Technical Evaluationof Offers during a tender;
* Technical Surveys atthe Supplier(s);
* Concurrent Engineering activities with the Technical Directorate;
* Knowledge/reading oftechnical drawings;
* Knowledge of Internal LND Regulations (Optional);
* Knowledge of External Regulations: e.G. UNI EN ISO 9001, AS/EN9100, 2006/42/CE;
* Knowledge of Tolerance Management Techniques GD&T sec.(ASME14.5-ISO 1101);
* Basic knowledge of the main manufacturing processes (mechanical, sheet metal, composite, etc.) used in the aeronautical field;
* Knowledge of principles/systems for quality control in production;
* Knowledge of advanced production and assembly methods (automatic assembly lines, automatic drilling and fastening systems, positioning and measurement using laser systems).**Behavioral skills:*** Mitigation skills;
