Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Aircraft Technologies & Systems** Unit, we are looking for a **Flight Control Systems Analyst and Designer** for our **Turin** office.The resource will carry out all activities falling within the competence of the Vehicle Management System & UCS EFA Unit, for aspects relating to the definition, design, analysis, testing and Qualification/Certification of Vehicle Management Systems.In particular, the resource will:* Acquire basic knowledge relating to the reference regulations, both military and civil, for the definition, design and development of flight control systems;
* Define system and equipment specifications;
* Manage/coordinate system and equipment suppliers;
* Control/comment/rejector accept the documentation released by suppliers;
* Define test requirements;
* Execution of tests at the Rig (engineering and formal) and analysis of results;
* Prepare technical documentation for certification/qualification (MOE);
* Contribute to the analysis of in-service problems;
* Support other company departments (safety, airworthiness, technical publications, production departments, etc.).**Educational qualification:** Master's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (preferred systems specialization)**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Competence in systems and aeronautical fields;
* Knowledge of System Modelling Language (SysML);
* Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards;
* Theoretical knowledge of flight control systems and their design.**Behavioral skills:*** Proactive person, with the ability to interface with other company figures and potentially foreign clients;
* Debugging and problem solving skills;
* Ability to work in international teams.**Language skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English**Computer skills:*** Microsoft Office (intermediate level);
* Matlab for data analysis (experience required, even minimal at study level);
* Simulink for the development of control systems (experience required, even minimal at study level);
* IBM Rational DOORS + DXL;
