Avionic Systems include Basic Systems (e.G. Display, Communication, Navigation), Weapon Control Systems, Mission Systems and Self-Defense/Protection Systems, embedded Training systems as well as ground support systems.**Workplace**: Turin / Venegono Superiore (VA)The resource, based on their skills, may be involved in one of the following areas:**System / Equipment /HMI Engineer**The resource will primarily deal with:* Definition, design, integration, qualification and support for certification and operation of avionic systems* Development of functional, interface and HW/SW requirements for avionic systems - in line with operational effectiveness and aircraft safety requirements* Definition of specifications and SoW, and competent control of supplier activities to meet technical requirements up to qualification/certification;
* Evaluation of test results, both in the laboratory and on the aircraft, and identification of any operational limitations or corrective actions.* Conception, development, verification and optimization of operability criteria, ergonomics and human-machine interface (HMI – Human Machine Interface)**SW Engineer**The resource will primarily deal with:* Development of SW requirements, design, coding, integration and updating of application SW for avionic equipment in compliance with functional requirements and applicable SW standards;
* Execution of SW product tests on the target equipment (HW/SW integration) and execution of analysis, verification and validation activities necessary for certification according to the DO178B/C standard;
**Integration Engineer**The resource will primarily deal with:* Management and execution of the laboratory test process, drafting of test procedures, planning and execution of tests of avionic equipment / subsystems / systems;
* Processing and analysis of test results with the issuance of related test reports and anomaly reporting* Support for aircraft tests;
**Test & Ground System Engineer**The resource will primarily deal with:* Requirements analysis, drafting of development plans and technical specifications for Test & Support systems related to avionic systems* Conception, design, realization, qualification, installation and commissioning of Test Systems representative of the aircraft environment and inclusive of simulation / acquisition / stimulation / human-machine interface systems, for the experimentation and integration of on-board and ground avionic systems**Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3)**The resource will primarily deal with:* Definition of aircraft level requirements according to military, civil and program regulations and E3 protection design;
* Definition of E3 test requirements, conduction of similarity analyses, evaluation of results, drafting of Certification Assessment and issuance of Clearances;
* Definition of qualification requirements for aircraft equipment and systems: electromagnetic interference (EMI) Specification Requirements according to military, civil and program standards.* Verification of the characteristics of emitting/receiving sources, support for defining their position on the platform, electromagnetic modeling of antennas, computational analysis of electromagnetic coverage/interference, post processing and analysis of results, prescription of experimental activities and identification of recommendations for mitigating identified problems;
