The selected candidate, to be included in the Environmental and Vibrational Qualification unit, will be responsible for following the environmental qualification process for on-board equipment of GCAP and/or Adjunct / Trainers / Airlifters aircraft through the validation and approval of supporting documents and appropriately managing their approval status through an existing dedicated database that must be kept updated with respect to the aircraft configuration and the progress of qualification activities.Therefore, the position requires interacting and coordinating with colleagues responsible for on-board systems to define the qualification process.Main activities:* Contribute to the definition of environmental requirements for system and equipment specifications* Liaise with suppliers of on-board systems and equipment for the environmental discipline portion* Review/comment/reject or accept documentation issued by suppliers* Define environmental test methods and procedures* Perform laboratory tests (engineering and formal) and analyze results* Contribute to the analysis of in-service problems* Prepare technical documentation (for experimental flight clearance (MoJ))* Prepare technical documentation for certification/qualification (MoE)* Contribute to the analysis of “in-service” problems.The position involves interaction with colleagues from other disciplines of flight technologies (Aerodynamics and Structural Loads), other company functions (Structures, Avionics, General Systems, Safety, Airworthiness, Flight Tests).**Educational Qualification:** Master's Degree in Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of general aeronautics* Knowledge of aircraft on-board systems* Knowledge of measurement methods for vibration, pressure, and temperature quantities* Experience in performing laboratory tests and data analysis (a plus)* Knowledge of signal analysis theory in the frequency domain (a plus).* Basic knowledge of the finite element method (e.G.: static and/or dynamic FEM analysis - modal/FRF analysis).* Basic knowledge of aeronautical standards (e.G.: CS-23, CS-25)**Behavioral skills:*** Autonomy and proactivity in carrying out activities* Debugging and problem-solving skills* Ability to work in multi-national teams.**Language skills:**Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English necessary for reading and drafting technical reports, technical meetings with clients, certification bodies, and international partners.**Computer skills:*** Microsoft Office® applications (Access, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access - a plus)* Matlab® for data analysis (in particular signal analysis) (preferred requirement)* IBM Rational DOORS® (preferred requirement).* Nastran/Patran® or equivalents (e.G.: ANSYS) (preferred requirement)* Python (preferred requirement)* Power BI (preferred requirement)**Other:**Availability for national and international travel._Working with us, you will constantly face the challenges of high technology, enhance your skills, and build a professional career of excellence._**Seniority:**Junior**Primary Location:**IT - Torino - C.So Francia**Additional Locations:**IT - Venegono Superiore**Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**HybridQuesta opportunità è disponibile nelle seguenti città: Torino, Venegono Superiore.
