VIC Experience & Engagement Coordinator
Tom Ford Distribution Srl is seeking a VIC Experience & Engagement Coordinator to oversee and enhance the experiences of our Very Important Clients (VICs). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury clienteling, event management, gifting strategies, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the VIC journey, ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences across all touchpoints worldwide (in-store, digital, events).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VICs, addressing their needs and preferences to foster long-term loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to elevate VIC engagement through personalized services, exclusive previews, and bespoke offerings.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client preferences, purchase history, and feedback to tailor experiences effectively.
- Lead the execution of exclusive events, including bi-annual fashion shows, intimate dinners, and seasonal collection previews ensuring seamless experiences that align with TOM FORD standards.
- Collaborate with retail and marketing teams across various regions to ensure cohesive event experiences.
- Oversee coordination with external event suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality service and seamless event execution.
- Develop and oversee tailored yearly gifting programs for VICs, ensuring they align with brand prestige and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to source, personalize, and deliver high-end gifts for key occasions (fashion weeks, personal milestones, holidays, etc.).
- Analyze gifting impact on customer loyalty and engagement, refining strategies based on feedback and data insights.
- Provide guidance and training to retail teams on VIC engagement strategies and luxury service etiquette.
- Foster a client-centric culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of personalized service.
- Monitor and analyze VIC engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion retail sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI, MS Excel, and commonly used POS cash systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Sophisticated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Luxury Retail Expertise: In-depth understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the unique expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Event Management & Supplier Coordination: Proven experience in planning and executing high-profile events that reflect brand prestige and cater to discerning clientele.
- Interpersonal Skills: exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on discretion and professionalism.
- Strategic Thinking: ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: experience working with diverse teams across different regions, ensuring alignment and consistency in client engagement approaches.
- Analytical Skills: competence in analyzing client data to inform decision-making and personalize client interactions effectively.
