Position: Vice President - Investment Banking Coverage

Location: Cerro Maggiore, Italy

Role: Leading the team activities, overseeing the origination and execution of operations across the defined region. The main responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Corporate Clients, understanding their activities, financial objectives, and industry dynamics;
• Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence to assess the financial health and valuation of client companies;
• Collaborating with Legal and Compliance teams to draft and review contractual documentation;
• Working closely with other teams to provide integrated solutions;
• Promoting energy transition and sustainability, discussing ESG strategies and sustainable finance opportunities with clients;
• Understanding client needs to propose effective investment banking solutions;
• Possessing solid skills in M&A and financing;
• Having extensive experience in complex financial modeling, valuation techniques, preparing presentations, due diligence, and financial analysis;
• Experience in deal origination;
• Proven experience in transaction execution and stakeholder communication management;
• Experience in Investment Banking Coverage at the VP level.

Compensation: RAL commensurate with seniority.
