Visual Designer

Overview

AC Milan is seeking a creative and versatile Visual Designer to join its Brand team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content across both online and offline projects, supporting the club’s retail and licensing activities.

Main activities and Responsibilities

The visual designer will be working with the design team which operate in the Marketing and Brand departments; the candidate will be reporting to the Design Manager.

The visual designer will be mainly working for the AC Milan’s retail and licensing areas, working for both online and offline projects, in charge of developing high quality visuals, adapting them in the correct requested format in line with the brand guide lines and in consistency with the marketing directions.

Online tasks will include the day by day requests from the eCommerce and digital team, working on: e-com assets, DEM, Social, and PAID campaigns, for both monobrand and Puma’s products launches and commercial push throughout AC Milan’s channels (Website, In-store, Stadium, etc).

There will be many different and exciting offline projects too, which include in store’s take over and general design, events pop-up, packaging, seeding packs, invitations, etc.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Previous working experiences in Design department in fashion brands or retail - e-com departments in the sports area
• Strong knowledge of digital and print medias and related artwork’s deliveries
• Mastery of graphic design software: Adobe CC (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, After Effect). Figma is a nice have
• Knowledge of digital media (e.g. social, website, e-commerce, UX/UI) and related technical specs is a plus
• Team working skills as well as ability to work independently with excellent workflow organization
• Multitasking on multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal)
