As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you collaborate with the CFO and Commercial leadership to drive organisational transformation across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Commercial. You design future‑ready structures and people strategies that link to business performance and operational excellence. You will lead TOM and operating model changes, coach leadership teams, and use analytics to assess progress. This role sits at the heart of a high‑impact transformation, shaping a scalable and high‑performing global organisation.

Responsabilità

• Progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex international organisations
• Experience partnering with CFO organisations or enabling functions such as Finance, Procurement, or IT
• Proven success in organisational design, operating models, and transformation programmes
• Experience supporting finance, procurement, digital, or technology transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management with capability to influence senior executives
• Experience in matrixed, global organisations
