As Head Waiter/Waitress, you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of your section during the service. Working closely with our restaurant and bar teams, you will deliver impeccable service.
Promote and upsell our food and beverage offerings while taking orders and closing bills in your designated area.
Inform the Restaurant Manager of any issues to ensure quick and effective resolution.
Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality and guest satisfaction are top priorities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in high-end restaurants.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
