Warehouse & Logistics Manager – Italy

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to support and oversee warehouse operations in Italy for a fast-growing international company in the renewable energy industry.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in warehousing, logistics coordination, and third-party vendor management within Italy. Candidates with photovoltaic (PV), renewable energy, or related industrial sector experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, inbound, storage, inventory counting, and outbound processes
• Optimize warehouse workflows and ensure high inventory accuracy
• Coordinate inbound shipments from ports to warehouse facilities and oversee local delivery arrangements
• Track logistics progress and resolve operational exceptions in a timely manner
• Manage third-party warehouse and logistics service providers
• Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations comply with Italian and EU regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business operations and customer delivery requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of warehousing and logistics experience, including at least 2 years in warehouse management
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations in Italy, including relevant local regulations
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems
• Fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility, learning agility, communication, and problem-solving skills
