Warehouse Manager – Florence, Italy
We are partnering with a fast-growing international technology and manufacturing company in new clean energy that is redefining its industry through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
As part of its continued expansion in Europe, we are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Warehouse Manager to establish and lead a new warehouse operation in Florence, Italy.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the setup and launch of a new warehouse and logistics operation
• Manage warehouse infrastructure, processes, systems, and day-to-day activities
• Recruit, develop, and lead the local warehouse team
• Ensure efficient inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound operations
• Drive warehouse safety, operational performance, and inventory accuracy
• Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and international stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center management
✔ Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
✔ Strong leadership and team-building skills
✔ Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
✔ Fluent Italian and English
✔ Forklift operation experience is considered an advantage, not mandatory
