Warehouse Manager

For a Global Company, Leader in Supply Chain/Logistic industry

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager_based in Veneto

The candidate lead operations for 2 new Warehouses in Veneto, with full responsibility for performance, people and customer relationship .

What Will You Do:

• Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
• Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
• Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
• Manage and develop large operational teams (80–100 employees)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Customer
• Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
• Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
• Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.

Requirements

• Master`s degree in Engineering/Economic;
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics / supply chain
• Several experience in a direct management team (Blue collars);
• Proven track record in people leadership and union relations
• English fluent;
• Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;
• Strong analytical skills: Lean Manufacturing (WCM, TPM, Six Sigma);
• Team player with a positive mind set

Indicative gross annual salary: €45.000 – €55.000
