Position Overview

The Wealth Management segment provides tailored financial solutions for private clients, entrepreneurs, family holdings, and institutional clients through a holistic and integrated approach to wealth management.
Responsibilities
- Continuously gather information from clients, interpreting their needs to define and share Asset Allocation based on risk profile and other bank services.
- Understand and evaluate, with the support of team members (Asset Management, Investment Advisors), the market to meet client expectations and enhance service value.
- Identify and develop the most suitable portfolio growth strategies for acquiring new clients through referrals or potential contacts.
- Master the use of virtual portfolio tools to interact with clients and understand their risk profiles.
- Define and share alternative Asset Allocation scenarios with clients, building solutions aligned with their needs short- and medium-term.
- Explain functions and benefits of financial products, highlighting costs and value from the client’s perspective.
- Analyze client needs from financial, fiscal, and pension perspectives, proposing comprehensive solutions.
- Monitor and manage investment portfolio performance over time, aiming to keep it aligned with agreed profiles.
- Become a trusted advisor for clients through excellence and continuity in professional consulting.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager.
- At least 7/8 years of banking sector experience.
