Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy in accordance with Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules. Conduct ongoing assessments, modify treatments as needed, and assist in discharge planning. Communicate effectively with team members and build strong patient relationships. Maintain accountability for performance and seek opportunities for professional growth. Contribute to creating a collaborative and positive patient care environment. Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program. Current Basic Life Support Certification. Valid Texas License or Temporary License. Minimum of 1 year licensed physical therapy experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and initiative skills.
