Brand Ambassador and Guest Experience

• Represent the Maison as an Ambassador of the brand:
  exhibit pride, passion and affinity through positive attitude, body language and personal presentation.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, elegance and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Offer hospitality services, such as refreshments and discreet assistance while clients wait.
• Manage guest flow in the boutique, coordinating appointments and introducing clients to the sales team.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide solutions with a customer-first approach.
• Ensure that the reception area and boutique spaces always reflect the values and image of the brand.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding welcoming experience aligned with the Maison’s standards of excellence.
• Support boutique operations such as packaging, runner activities, back office and daily routines.
• Actively cooperate with the retail team to guarantee a seamless client journey.
• Assist in maintaining boutique presentation and organization in line with visual guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and service standards.

You Are:

• Experienced (even briefly) in hospitality, client service, retail or luxury environments.
• Lively, energetic, empathetic, proactive, and adaptable.
• Passionate about fashion and customer care.
• A true team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a strong plus).
