Wind Construction Project Manager
Up to €80,000 + Company Car + 20 % Bonus

Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting one of Italy's leading IPPs, developing wind and solar projects in Italy since 2003. With an exciting pipeline of utility‑scale wind, solar and Agri‑PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Construction Project Manager profile to lead these execution projects.
With an initial focus on wind projects, the ideal profile has a strong background in project management of wind construction projects in Italy. Experience with land contracts and grid connection is also valued highly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment.
As Construction Project Manager:
- Conduct pre‑feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with Engineering on design and documentation
- Manage construction, land, and grid‑connection contracts
- Oversee all technical and administrative pre‑construction activities
- Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Monitor progress and prepare reports
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Civil/Electrical preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in renewables
- Strong knowledge of wind/PV regulations and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
