We are committed to building the industry's best stock plan administration software and services offering that allows our customers to attract and retain key employees. We are looking for a driven, target-focused Senior Business Development Executive to sell into Southern Europe's and France's largest companies.
As a Senior Business Development Executive within the Global Shares team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and establishing strategic internal and external partnerships. You will have the opportunity to develop and close a pipeline of Workplace Solution opportunities in Southern Europe and France, leveraging our extensive banking relationships to establish senior-level entry points into prospects. Your role will involve close collaboration with our product and marketing organizations, as well as our international counterparts, to ensure a complete solution for multinational corporations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent JPMorgan Chase by conducting first-class business interactions with prospects and customers.
- Develop and close a pipeline of Workplace Solutions opportunities in Southern Europe and France.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers within top prospects, focusing on HR executives and employee stock plan administrators.
- Generate strategic, long-term plans for prospects and rally internal business partners throughout the sales process.
- Leverage our extensive banking relationships to establish senior-level entry points into prospects.
- Represent sales efforts to senior executives at JPMorgan Chase, leveraging senior leadership where appropriate to assist in deal progression and closing.
- Lead prospect negotiations and coordinate with JPMorgan Chase's legal and compliance teams to ensure successful closures.
- Work closely with our product organization to represent the needs of large enterprise prospects.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on events and account-based marketing plans targeting prospects.
- Coordinate with international counterparts to provide comprehensive solutions for multinational corporations.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- At least 10 years of sales or CRM experience in equity compensation.
- Experience working with C-suite executives in major European companies.
- A demonstrable track record of closing business with major European firms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, Italian, and French.
- Proven skills in financial analysis, documentation, and procedural processes.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to be innovative and proactive.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
