In this role you design and deliver advanced learning solutions that align with business goals, driving employee growth and performance. Working with HR and stakeholders, you craft engaging programs across e-learning, ILT, and blended formats, applying adult learning principles to diverse audiences. You manage multiple initiatives, evaluate impact, and stay ahead of instructional-design trends. This role offers a chance to shape scalable, innovative training at a global luxury-group level.

- Design and update engaging training materials (e-learning, ILT guides, quick references, presentations, blended solutions)
- Support learning gap analysis and align solutions with business needs
- Create courseware and video using adult learning theories for diverse audiences
- Apply ADDIE/SAM methodologies to learning experiences
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate content and ensure accuracy
- Incorporate gamification, simulations, case studies, and experiential activities
- Manage multiple training projects with timelines and quality standards
- Develop evaluation strategies to measure impact and inform improvements
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals
- Provide guidance to trainers and facilitators on delivery of programs
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends
Responsabilità
- 5-8 years of progressive instructional design or senior L&D experience in a complex organization
- Expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated learning solutions (e-learning, ILT, blended, gamification, virtual learning, live simulation)
- Extensive experience with leading learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information into clear learning content
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in creating visually engaging training materials
- Collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
